What can Solution Focused Hypnotherapy Treat?

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a safe and brief therapy. There is no hard and fast rule to the number of sessions a person may require. However, as a rough guideline we say between 8-12 sessions.

We are all unique, and we respond differently to hypnosis. Phobias, phased reduction treatment for smoking and Gastric Hypnosis require 4 sessions.
